App Connectivity Guide

Control your hiessēnce diffuser conveniently using the hiessēnce App.

Download the hiessēnce App

Download the hiessēnce App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Prepare Your Diffuser

  1. Turn on your diffuser.
  2. Press and hold the Intensity Button until the Bluetooth indicator light turns on.
  3. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  4. Launch the hiessēnce App.

Connect Your Diffuser

  1. In the app, select your diffuser model.
  2. Connect to the device.
  3. Customize your preferred settings.

Using the app, you can:

  • Adjust fragrance intensity levels
  • Set operating timers
  • Control ambient lighting (available on selected models only)

Connect using the hiessēnce App.

Special instructions
  1. Turn on the diffuser.
  2. Tap and hold the button until the light at the bottom turns purple.
  3. Once the purple light appears, Bluetooth mode is activated and the diffuser is ready to connect to your phone and the app.

Troubleshooting

If your diffuser cannot be detected:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Verify that the Bluetooth indicator light on the diffuser is on.
  • Keep your phone close to the diffuser during pairing.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Restart Bluetooth on your mobile device and try again.
  • Power off the diffuser and repeat the pairing process if necessary.
