All units sold are a nebulizing type of diffuser. A nebulizing diffuser uses air pressure to atomize aroma oils into ultra-fine particles and release them into the air without using water or heat. It’s considered one of the most effective ways to diffuse pure aroma oils.
3. How is a nebulizing diffuser different from an ultrasonic diffuser?
Nebulizing Diffuser: Uses only pure aroma oils, no water or heat, providing stronger and more concentrated scents.
Ultrasonic Diffuser: Requires water and dilutes the oils, producing a humidifying mist with a less intense aroma.

The diffusers usually produce a gentle hum every misting due to the air pump mechanism, but it’s typically quiet enough for most users.
7. Does the diffuser waste aroma oil?
It uses oils efficiently, but the concentrated diffusion may make it seem like oils run out faster compared to ultrasonic diffusers.
Usage
1. Can I use any type of oil in my diffuser?
It's recommended to use only pure aroma oils or oils specifically provided for hiessēnce diffusers. Avoid using carrier oils, cooking oils, or synthetic fragrances.
2. How long should I run my diffuser?
Typically, hiessēnce diffusers can run for 1–8 hours. It's best to follow the device guidelines.
3. Can I run my diffuser overnight?
Yes, hiessēnce diffusers are designed to run safely overnight. However, we recommend using them based on your personal comfort and sensory sensitivities. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to scents, you may prefer setting a timer for optimal use. Always ensure proper ventilation and follow safety guidelines for the best experience.
4. Where is the best place to put my diffuser in a room?
Place your diffuser in a central part of the room, away from direct sunlight, electronic devices, and sensitive surfaces. Ensure it’s on a stable, flat surface to prevent tipping.
5. How do I know when the diffuser is charging? Can I use it while charging?
During charging, the intensity side lights will blink. Once the diffuser is fully charged, the lights will remain steadily on. You can use the diffuser both while charging and when fully charged, providing flexibility and convenience.
6. How long does it take to charge the aroma diffuser?
It takes approximately 7-8 hours to fully charge the diffuser. For optimal battery life, we recommend using the provided charging cable and ensuring a stable power source.
7. How do I know when the diffuser is charging?
While charging, the indicator lights will cycle through, flashing one after the other to show that the device is actively receiving power. If the lights do not flash, ensure the charging cable is properly connected.
8. How do I know when the diffuser is fully charged?
Once fully charged, all three indicator lights will light up simultaneously and remain steady. At this point, you can unplug the charger and enjoy your diffuser wirelessly.
9. What happens when the battery is low?
When the battery is low, all indicator lights will flash simultaneously for 5 seconds as a warning. If not recharged, the diffuser will eventually power off to protect the battery. We recommend charging it as soon as you notice the flashing lights to avoid interruptions in your aromatherapy experience.
10. Can I use the diffuser while it is charging?
Yes, you can use the diffuser while it is charging. However, for the best performance and battery longevity, we suggest letting it charge uninterrupted whenever possible.

1. Is it safe for pets, children, and pregnant women?
Our hiessēnce aroma oils are specially formulated for space fragrance and are designed to be safe for pets, children, and pregnant women. However, individual sensitivities may vary, and some ingredients could affect certain users. For those with specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
2. Can I use/add water?
No, hiessēnce aroma diffusers are designed to work exclusively with pure aroma oils, like our specially formulated hiessēnce aroma oils, which is different from ultrasonic or humidifying diffusers.
3. Can I add water to aroma oil?
No, it is not advisable to add water to hiessēnce aroma oil as it is formulated as insoluble and can only be used for nebulizing diffusers.
4. Can I use a hiessēnce diffuser in a small room?
Yes, you may start to use the lowest mode to avoid overwhelming the sensory senses.
5. How should I store my essential oils?
Aroma oils should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the bottles tightly sealed to prevent evaporation and oxidation.
6. Which product oils are safe for pregnancy?
We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider first before using aroma oils during pregnancy. Some aroma oil ingredients are not recommended for pregnant women.
7. Are hiessēnce diffusers safe for people with asthma or respiratory sensitivities?
Diffusers themselves are generally safe, but some aroma oils can irritate respiratory conditions. Consult your doctor before using a diffuser if you have asthma or sensitivities. If you wish to proceed, choose the lowest mode setting from the aroma diffuser and a well-ventilated area. Stop immediately if irritation occurs.
8. Is it normal for my diffuser to spark or glow when I plug it in?
A small spark or glow when initially plugging in the diffuser is usually normal due to the electrical current. However, if the sparking or glowing persists or is accompanied by other unusual behavior, please unplug the diffuser immediately.

1. How often should I clean my diffuser?
It is best to clean it after switching to a different oil using our provided Cleaning Solution Kit. This prevents clogging and preserves the quality of diffusion. Inspect and maintain the aroma diffuser every six months.

3. Why isn’t my diffuser working properly?
Make sure the aroma oil bottle and nozzle is tightly screwed on. There will be no mist appearing if these parts are loose.
Troubleshooting
1. What if my diffuser isn't turning on?

1. How do I activate the Car Mode on my diffuser?
Repeatedly tap the [TIMER] button until all three timer indicator lights are lit.
2. How does Car Mode work?
In Car Mode, the aroma diffuser is activated when it senses a vibration, likely from the car moving. Once activated, you can manually adjust the mode level to I, II, or III. When the diffuser no longer detects vibration (meaning the car is likely stopped), it will enter sleep mode to conserve power. It will then automatically reactivate when it senses vibration again.
3. What are the benefits of using Car Mode?
Car Mode allows you to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy while driving without having to manually turn the diffuser on and off. The vibration-sensing feature ensures that the diffuser is only active when the car is running, preventing it from draining power when parked.
