To ensure your hiessēnce diffuser delivers the best aroma experience, proper care and maintenance are essential. This guide will help you keep your diffuser in peak condition, maximize aroma diffusion, and extend its lifespan.

From replacing your aroma oils to proper diffuser care, we’ve got you covered with easy-to-follow steps and expert tips. Let’s keep the scents flowing through the following:

 

1. Replacing Aroma Oil

   

  • Gently remove the atomizing nozzle and unscrew the empty aroma oil bottle attached to it.

  • Fill the empty bottle with your desired scent.

  • Securely reattach the bottle, then the atomizing nozzle to the diffuser and turn it on.


2. Cleaning the Diffuser

(To maintain the scent and keep the diffuser working well)

  • After removing the used bottle, pour some hiessēnce cleaning solution into it and clean it thoroughly.

  • Pour a small amount of hiessēnce cleaning solution into the clean bottle, attach it to the diffuser, and run it for 5 to 8 minutes to clean the misting system.

  • Turn off the diffuser once done.


3. Ready for Use

  • After cleaning, the diffuser is ready to be filled with new aroma oil.
